Upcoming update "turrets test-version"

Hello fans, turrets are round about 50% done, so we got closer to a test-version.

I already included the most important things, now I need to implement a new "currency" - "components" - and add it to the savegame. I addition to that there are some details like a healthbar and stuff like that.

So I hope you look forward to the next update of Shoot'n'Slaughter :D
